Ngahina graduated from Otago University with credit in 2010. Ngahina has spent the past 13 years working locally, in 2016 to 2022 as a principal dentist elsewhere, but has taken a step back to focus on her kids and furthering her dental education.

Aside from being able to provide a positive impact on people’s quality of life, she loves being able to put her patients at ease and build good long-term relationships. Ngahina practices all aspects of general dentistry to a high standard including extractions, crowns, fillings, veneers, and implants.

"I find learning new skill’s exciting - it is really motivating to be able to continuously learn, improve and expand the treatment and services that I can provide my patients."

When not in the dental surgery Ngahina can be found enjoying family time. Ngahina enjoys HIIT at F45, horse riding, landscaping, and looking after their other animals.
